Manufactured from 6061-T6 Aluminum, A.R.E. is producing a line of Alloy Engine Plates for Triumphs, with engine plates pending for other marques and models. These engine plates are about 4 Ibs lighter than stock plates. Alloy engine plates have been used in the past on SCCA Triumph race cars and many of the front and rear plates shown here are being used by many Vintage Triumph racers in the US (and Europe). Since stock units are no longer available they also been a successful addition many street Triumphs, as well.
